अण्णांचा दुभाष्या
आम्ही मागच्या वेळेसच दाखविले होते की जंतर-मंतरच्या उपोषणाच्या गादीवर बसलेले असताना, लोक सारखे अण्णांच्या कानात येऊन कुजबुजत होते. तर हे चांगले दिसत नाही म्हणून अण्णांनी आता प्रमुख मागणी केलेली आहे की त्यांना सरकारने एक दुभाष्या द्यावा. त्याप्रमाणे हा दुभाष्या आला व त्याच्या पहिल्याच मीटींगचा हा अनुवाद अण्णा वाचू लागले :
१) ह्यापुढे होणार्‍या सर्व जलद-मृत्यू कार्यक्रमासाठी सरकार जंतर-मंतर येथे रोज न्याहरी पुरवील, शक्य तितक्या लवकर.
( In future, for all the fast-unto-deaths to be undertaken at Jantar-Mantar the Govt. will endeavour to break fast , as soon as possible.)
२) ह्यापुढे जे कोणी जलद-मृत्यू चा कार्यक्रम हाती घेतील त्यांचे प्रत्येकी पाच सदस्य सरकार आपल्यात सामाऊन घेईल.
( Hereafterwards those who undertake fast unto death, the Govt., will co-opt their five members. )
३) जर जलद-मृत्यूच्या एखाद्या सदस्याविरुद्ध भानगडीच्या काही कडा प्रसिद्ध झाल्या आणि त्या कडाही भ्रष्ट आहेत असे जाहीर झाले,तर त्या सदस्याला राजीनाम्यापासून मुक्ती मिळेल.
( If any CDs are published about any member of the fast-unto-death, and if these are found to be corrupt then that member will be exempt from resignation. ).
४) जरी सभ्य-समाजाच्या सभासदांनी आपापल्या संपत्ती जाहीर केलेल्या असल्या तरी अ-सभ्य-सभासद तसेच करण्यास बांधील असणार नाहीत.
( Notwithstanding the self-disclosure of property by the members of the civil society, the others would not be bound by the same.)
५) ह्या पुढचे सर्व सभ्य-समाजाचे सभासद असे असतील की ते मायला, भूषणच असतील.
( All the future members of the civil society will be such that they will adorn the mother country.).
६) सर्व सभ्य-समाजाच्या सभासदांच्या सूचनांना प्रत्येकी एकेक टोपी घातली जाईल.
( The suggestions given by the civil society will be capped at one suggestion each ).
७) ह्यापुढले कोणतेही जलद-मृत्यूचे कार्यक्रम, हे काळे-टपाल न समजता सरकार ते स्वीकारील .
( The fasts-unto-deaths undertaken hereafterwards, would not be considered as black-mail and govt., would accept these. ).
८) पहिल्याच मीटींग मध्ये असे ठरले की सर्व पंतप्रधान, मंत्री, खासदार , सेक्रेटरी दर्जाचे अधिकारी व इतर अर्जदार हे लोकपालांच्या अधिकार कक्षात येणार नाहीत. ( जसे अर्ज येतील, तसे त्यांच्याविरुद्ध स्ट्राईक करण्यात येतील.).
( After due discussion, it was decided that PM, Ministers, MPs, and secretary level beurocrats would fall / not fall under the jurisdiction of the lokpal-bill, as applicable. ). ( Strike out whatever is not applicable ).
९) ह्यापुढची मीटींग, योग्य अभ्यासक्रमात , मे मध्ये घेण्यात येईल.
( The next meeting, may be held in due course. ).
१०) खासदारांना जसे लोकसभेत दुभाषी-कान-फोन असतात तसे वा मानवी दुभाष्ये अण्णाना हजारोंनी पुरविण्यात येतील.
( As the mechanical interpreting head-phones are provided to MPs , the same and/or human translators would be provided to Anna Haazare ).
